[ARCHIVED] Gray Farm: Erosion & sediment control, grading, and remediation

From May 31^st, 2024, Worthington Partners II will begin soil remediation work at the Gray Farm property.

This work is being completed in accordance with the approved PA DEP Act II Clean-up Plan. It will only involve the soil remediation work, and the necessary Erosion & Sedimentation controls to complete this work, as approved by the Chester County Conservation District. The work will take place over the upcoming weeks.

There will be no construction of the land development plan until after the approval of the Act II work by PA DEP, and final approval from the Board of Supervisors.

This work is consistent with the Settlement Agreement that was approved at the January 8th, Board of Supervisors meeting and the Township has issued a grading permit to allow this work to begin.
