  • Mailbox placement

    We don’t want to damage your mailbox. Please make sure it’s placed at least 8" from the curb and sits at least 42” high. 

    Mailbox numbers

    To comply with Township and emergency personnel regulations, 3" reflective address numbers must be on both sides of every mailbox. 

    • Black and colored mailboxes: use black numbers on a white background 
    • White mailboxes: use white numbers on a black background

    Using the right reflective numbers will help emergency services to identify your home when needed.

  • If your mailbox is damaged by a snow plow, we may be able to replace it. 

    Let us know as soon as possible by filling in our online form: Report a damaged mailbox

  • The property owner is responsible for the removal or trimming of any trees on their property. If you're not sure whose property a tree is located on, please contact our Public Works Department

    If the tree is in one of our public parks or trails, please contact our Parks Department

  • You will need to fill out a: 

    • Residential Resale Use & Occupancy Request and pay the inspection fee ($100). 
      After the request and payment is received, an inspector will contact you to arrange the inspection. 
    • Sewer/Trash Certification Request and pay the fee ($15 per certification). 
      These are essentially a final bill that must be paid at the settlement table. Please call 610-363-9450 for questions with certifications.
