1. Do not permit further building in Eagleview, Downingtown, PA. The Town Center should remain as is with room for parking and activities.

   I would like to propose new regulations for electric fences to have signs visibly posted that they are there. In addition, I would like to see set-back requirements similar to those that have physical fences. Electric fences are a poor solution for containing dogs and the constant charging of dogs to property lines when residents walk by is disturbing.

   Our street is a cut thru with a hill and it’s hard for motorists to see pedestrians walking along the side of the road. We have no speed limit sign so cars speed up and down our road. The neighborhood has turned over and a lot of young families have moved in with children. We need sidewalks to safely walk our kids and pets.

The neighborhood has turned over and a lot of young families have moved in with children. We need sidewalks to safely walk our kids and pets.
