SUBDIVISON LAND DEVELOPMENT as of OCTOBER 2008
The following plans are
currently in the review process
 

**  A proposed twenty-five lot residential subdivision by Moser Builders on the Northern / Residentially Zoned portion of the Rossi Property.

 

**  A revision to the approved Phase I Land Development Plans for Vanguard to construct 2 office buildings, on their site on Rt 100 at the PA Turnpike, that will contain 400,000 square feet of office space.

 

** A Land Development Plan for 30 N. Village Ave. that proposes to change the property from a non-conforming residential use to a medical office.

RECENTLY APPROVED
  

>A proposed subdivision of Lot 51 in the Eagleview Corporate Center into 4 Non-Residential lots.

 

> A proposal for a 5 story, 135 room hotel with an 80 seat restaurant and a stand - alone restaurant with seating for 260 people to be located on the East side of Rt. 100 at Eagleview Blvd., adjacent to the PA Turnpike

 

>A plan to subdivide the Rossi Property into 2 parcels, the Northern parcel being residential and the southern being commercial.

 

> A Land development plan showing the conversion of the Swiss Farm site on Eagleview Blvd. To a drive-thru / sit down Saxby’s Coffee Shop.

 

>A Land Development plan providing for the conversion of the RT Automotive site on RT 113 into the Exton Tire Service Center.

Residents, please be aware that the Statewide Building Code has moved on to International Construction Code 2006 Edition as of January 1, 2007. If you are planning any construction activity, please make your contractor aware of the update as requirements have changed.
