Where are you located?
Our address is 715 North Ship Road Exton PA 19341 610-363-9450.  Our campus is near the intersection of Route 100 and North Ship Road/Marchwood Road.  The Police offices are closest to North Ship Road and Administration is the gray house on the property.

What is our governing body?
 We are a Township of the Second Class and are governed by an elected three member Board of Supervisors.  You will find a link to the page on our current Board on our front page.

I’m selling my property without a realtor, what do I need to do?
You will need to schedule a Use and Occupancy Inspection ($75) with a Township Inspector, 610-363-9450.  You will also need Sewer ($10) and/or Trash ($10) Certifications, which are essentially a final bill that must be paid at the settlement table.  Please call

How do I purchase a Dog License?
Visit the web site < www.chesco.org> and click on "Services", then click on "Dog License".  You may also call
610-344-6000 for information.
How do I get a Building Permit?
 Before a permit for any project can be submitted, all contractors working on the project must be registered to work in Uwchlan Township.  All forms required for building permits are available at the Administration Building.  Please call 610-363-9450 and ask for the Building Department with any specific questions regarding permitting.  For projects that require plot plans, you may request a plot plan, marked for setbacks according to your project from the Building Department.  Please allow 5 -7 days for plot plans to be located and marked for proper setbacks.
 
Is there fluoride in the water supply? 
You need to call Aqua Pennsylvania at 610-525-1400 for that information.
 
What School District are we in?

Who is responsible for repairs to sidewalks and curbs?
The homeowner is responsible for repairs.

May I attend a Township Meeting?
 Absolutely, all scheduled and publicly advertised Township meetings are always open to the public.  See a schedule of meetings on our website.  Agendas for the Board of Supervisors and Planning Commission are posted approximately 3:00p.m. the day of the meeting.  Please call our office at 610-363-9450 with any questions you may have.
 
Who do I call for help with racoons/fox/ground hogs?
 Although the Township does not provide animal control, we have the names of two companies that will help homeowners deal with control and removal of most wildlife animal conflicts.  The Township does not warrant nor endorse any provider.

Once contacted, these companies will assess the problem, provide quotes for removal/control and capture/remove the animal, all at the expense of the homeowner.  They do not handle dead deer problems. If you have a dead deer, contact the PA Game Commission at
