How to make a payment

You can make a payment by:

  • Paying online (Using our QUICK PAY option)
  • Using your Bank Bill Pay 
    (Vendor: Uwchlan Township Tax Collector)
  • Dropping it to us during office hours or leaving it in our after-hours drop-box
  • Mailing it to:

Taxing Authorities

Our residents pay Real Estate Property taxes to three taxing authorities. You’ll get a separate bill from each.

Bill payment dates

We mail one Real Estate Tax bill on March 1st each year.

There are three payment periods to pay your bill:

March 1st - April 30th2% discount applied
May 1st - June 30th Face amount due
July 1st - December 31st10% late fee applied


Payments made after December 31st

If you don’t pay your tax bill by the end of the year, we send the amount owing to the Chester County Tax Lien Office.

If your taxes are escrowed with your mortgage

Sometimes people choose to have their Real Estate taxes paid through their mortgage company.

If your taxes are escrowed, please check with your mortgage company to see if they need a copy of the bill. We provide most mortgage companies with the information they need, but it's your responsibility to make sure its paid. 

Most mortgage companies pay by the end of April each year.


How much do I pay? 

Our Real Estate Tax Mileage is 0.12. How much you pay in total will depend on your property’s assessment. If you have questions about your bill, please contact us.
